SHIPPING POLICY

This Shipping Policy governs the shipment, delivery, and risk allocation associated with the sale of physical products by SSR ECOM INC, a North Carolina-registered business entity. By purchasing products from us, you (“Client,” “Customer,” or “Purchaser”) agree to the terms outlined herein.
1. Scope of Applicability
This policy applies to the shipment and delivery of all tangible goods offered by SSR ECOM INC, including but not limited to:
- Wellness kits
- Wooden foot soaking tubs
- Herbal bath products and accessories
This policy does not apply to digital services or downloadable materials.
2. Shipping Regions and Carriers
We currently ship domestically within the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii.
We may expand to international regions on a case-by-case basis with separate terms and export declarations.
SSR ECOM INC fulfills orders through third-party carriers such as USPS, UPS, FedEx, and other certified logistics partners. Carrier selection remains at our sole discretion based on cost, speed, and package compatibility.
3. Processing and Fulfillment Times
- Order Processing: 1–3 business days from the date of payment confirmation
- Transit Time: 2–7 business days depending on the destination and chosen shipping method
- Custom or bulk orders: May require additional lead time; timelines will be communicated in writing
Orders placed after 4:00 PM EST or on holidays/weekends will be processed on the next business day.
4. Risk of Loss and Title Transfer
Pursuant to UCC § 2-509, all risk of loss or damage to the goods shall pass to the buyer upon transfer to the shipping carrier, regardless of shipping method or insurance.
Title to the goods passes to the buyer at the same time. SSR ECOM INC assumes no liability for loss, theft, or damage once the shipment has been delivered to the carrier.
Clients may request shipping insurance at an additional cost. Please contact [email protected] prior to fulfillment.
5. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once an order is fulfilled, we will provide:
- Shipping confirmation email
- Tracking number
- Estimated delivery date
It is the client’s responsibility to ensure that the shipping address provided is accurate and complete. SSR ECOM INC shall not be held responsible for delays or losses due to incorrect address submission.
6. Delivery Delays and Force Majeure
SSR ECOM INC is not liable for shipment delays caused by:
- Natural disasters or weather events
- Customs clearance delays
- Strikes, labor shortages, or civil unrest
- Acts of war or terrorism
- Carrier logistical disruptions
Such events shall be deemed force majeure under the governing commercial law and suspend any contractual delivery deadline.
7. Damaged or Lost Shipments
If your package is lost or arrives damaged, please notify us within 72 hours of delivery by emailing [email protected] with:
- Order number
- Photographic evidence (if applicable)
- Description of the issue
We will investigate the matter with the carrier and propose an appropriate resolution, which may include:
- Re-shipment of the item
- Store credit
- Refund (if eligible and approved)
Note: We do not guarantee reimbursement unless the package was insured.
8. Undeliverable or Returned Shipments
Packages returned to us as undeliverable due to address error, refusal, or absence may incur re-shipping fees. Refunds for returned items (if applicable) will be minus original shipping and handling costs.
If a customer repeatedly provides incorrect information or engages in fraudulent activity, we reserve the right to suspend future shipments and services.
9. International Shipping and Compliance (If Applicable)
For international shipments (if allowed), the customer shall bear all import duties, taxes, VAT, and customs clearance fees.
We will comply with U.S. export control regulations but are not responsible for non-delivery due to destination country restrictions.
We do not ship:
- Prescription drugs, supplements, or FDA-regulated items
- Hazardous materials or items restricted under ITAR/EAR
10. Modification of Terms
SSR ECOM INC reserves the right to amend this Shipping Policy at any time. Updates will be reflected with a new “Last Updated” date and become effective upon publication.
